Job summary

Positive Behavior Support Corp. is seeking a compassionate BCBA/BCaBA to join a collaborative team delivering high-quality ABA services. You will design and oversee behavior intervention plans, supervise staff, and ensure ethical, client-centered care across home, school, and community settings.

The role emphasizes data-driven treatment, caregiver collaboration, and ongoing professional mentorship to support client outcomes and family quality of life.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active BCBA/BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB and related degree.
• Experience designing and overseeing ABA programs in home/school/community settings.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members and caregivers.
• Implement ABA therapy programs across client settings with focus on skill acquisition and reduction of challenging behavior.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to support client progress.
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust treatment plans.
