Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS) seeks a compassionate BCBA/BCaBA to join a collaborative team dedicated to ethical, person-centered ABA services. You will design and oversee behavior intervention plans, supervise staff, and ensure high-quality care across home, school, and community settings.

The role emphasizes family engagement, data-driven treatment, and ongoing professional mentorship, with flexible scheduling options and growth opportunities in a mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB along with a related degree.
• Roles require licensure, credentialing and certification per local/state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Providing supervision and training to team members, families, and stakeholders.
• Implementing ABA therapy programs in home, school, or community settings to prioritize behavior reduction and skill acquisition.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to support client progress.
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust treatment plans to ensure client success.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and PBS policies.
