Positive Behavior Supports Corp. seeks a compassionate BCBA/BCaBA to design and supervise ABA services, guide teams, and ensure high-quality outcomes for clients. This role emphasizes trust with families and ethical practice in diverse settings.

Responsibilities include FBAs, treatment planning, supervision, data-driven adjustments, and collaboration with caregivers and professionals to maximize skill acquisition and behavior reduction.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with BACB.
• Related degree required; licensure/credentialing may apply locally.
• Experience developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.

Responsibilities

• Create and oversee functional behavior assessments and individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise and mentor Behavior Assistants, RBTs, and analysts.
• Lead ABA therapy programs in homes, schools, or community settings.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to support progress.
• Analyze data and adjust plans to ensure client outcomes and family goals.
• Ensure adherence to BACB ethics and PBS policies.
