Job summary

Autumn ABA in New Jersey is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to work with children in a school setting during the day. Newly certified BCBAs are welcome to apply, with a supportive work environment, flexible scheduling, and potential travel benefits.

As a BCBA, you will conduct assessments and FBAs, develop individualized treatment plans, monitor progress through data analysis, and supervise sessions in-person or virtually.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Experience working with children.
• Proficiency in patient care and assessment.
• Strong skills in data collection and analysis.
• Background in working with autism spectrum disorder.
• Knowledge of behavioral health principles.
• Ability to conduct diagnostic evaluations.
• Expertise in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and behavioral therapy techniques.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and FBAs.
• Develop individualized treatment plans.
• Monitor progress, analyze data, and adjust programs accordingly.
• Supervise sessions in person or virtually.
• Provide training and support to behavior technicians.
• Conduct parent and caregiver training.
• Collaborate with other professionals.
• Perform any other related duties as delegated by the Regional Director.
