Job summary

Autumn ABA in New Jersey is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to work with children in a school setting during the day. Newly certified BCBAs are welcome to apply, with a supportive work environment, flexible scheduling, and potential travel benefits.

As a BCBA, you will conduct assessments and FBAs, develop individualized treatment plans, monitor progress through data analysis, and supervise sessions in-person or virtually.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Experience working with children.
• Proficiency in patient care and assessment.
• Strong skills in data collection and analysis.
• Background in working with autism spectrum disorder.
• Knowledge of behavioral health principles.
• Ability to conduct diagnostic evaluations.

Job Summary: As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting assessments and Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), developing individualized treatment plans, monitoring progress through data analysis, adjusting programs as needed, supervising sessions in person, providing guidance to behavior technicians, offering training to parents and caregivers, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and fulfilling any other duties as assigned by the Regional Director.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $79.15 per hour

Expected hours: 8 – 20 per week
