Job summary

Therapy Associates ABA Services is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Northern New Jersey. The role focuses on comprehensive ABA assessments, supervision, and direct services to children, collaborating with families to support development and wellbeing.

Qualified candidates will hold BCBA certification, have experience with autism and related developmental disabilities, and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with families

BCBA certification is required for this role.
Experience working with children, particularly those with autism or developmental disabilities, is essential.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are important for collaboration with families and team members.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive ABA assessments to develop individualized treatment plans.
Provide direct supervision and support to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
Monitor and evaluate client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
Collaborate with families and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
Maintain accurate documentation and records in compliance with regulations.
Educate families on behavioral strategies and interventions to support their child’s development.
