Job summary

Autumn ABA in New Jersey is seeking a Spanish-speaking Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide ABA services in home settings during day and after-school hours. The role includes assessments, FBAs, treatment planning, data-driven progress monitoring, and staff supervision, with a focus on families and children.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Experience working with children.
• Strong data collection and analysis skills.
• Background in autism spectrum disorder.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and FBAs.
• Develop individualized treatment plans.
• Monitor progress, analyze data, and adjust programs accordingly.
• Supervise sessions in person or virtually.
• Provide training and support to behavior technicians.
• Conduct parent and caregiver training.
• Collaborate with other professionals.
• Perform any other related duties as delegated by the Regional Director.
