Job summary

The Stepping Stones Group is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our school-based team in Stamford, CT. This full-time, onsite role serves PreK–12 students across general and special education settings, delivering direct behavioral services and coaching school staff.

Start date is immediate through the 2026-27 year, with a W-2 employment type. You will conduct assessments, develop behavior plans, train educators on evidence-based ABA strategies, and maintain compliant

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification is required.
• At least 1 year of BCBA experience.
• Experience in school settings with students on the autism spectrum.
• Completion of a BACB supervision course is required.
• Experience with behavioral assessments, intervention planning, and data collection.
• Authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct behavioral services to students.
• Assist with FBAs and BIPs as needed.
• Contribute to IEPs and participate in IEP meetings.
• Collect and analyze behavioral data to guide decisions.
• Provide behavioral consultation to teachers and school teams.
• Shadow, train, and coach staff on applied behavior analysis (ABA) strategies.
• Supervise or support RBTs as needed.
• Support fidelity of behavior plans across school settings.
• Maintain documentation in line with BACB ethics, IDEA, Section 504, and district/state requirements.
