Formación

• Master's degree or higher in ABA or related field.
• BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• State licensure to practice as an BCBA.
• Completion of BACB 8-hour supervision training.

Responsabilidades

• Develop behavior analytic programming based on formal assessment and observation for assigned clients in the public-school setting.
• Supervise behavior technicians on a weekly basis and ensure data collection and reporting.
• Conduct assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, ABAS-3, Vineland-3, SRS-2) and make clinical recommendations.
• Maintain documentation, reports, and data for IEP processes and program progress.
• Collaborate with school teams and department colleagues to ensure program quality.

Educación

Master's in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field

BCBA certification in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)

State Licensure

BACB Required 8-hour supervision training
