Job summary

You will develop and oversee behavior analytic programs in the public school setting, supervise technicians, and collaborate with the school team to support students with ASD and related needs. Qualifications

Master’s in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
BCBA certification in good standing.
State licensure to practice in CT.
8-hour supervision training required.

Responsibilities

Develop behavior analytic programming based on formal assessment and observation for assigned students in the public-school setting.
Monitor and modify programming based on client progress.
Conduct assessments based on client needs/IEP process (e.g., VB-MAPP, Vineland-3).
Make clinical recommendations addressing ASD symptomatology per DSM-5-TR.
Supervise and train behavior technicians on a weekly basis.
Maintain documentation, reports, and data collection for assigned clients.
