Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required.
• Minimum of one year experience providing behavioral supports in schools.
• Proficiency developing, implementing, and monitoring behavior intervention plans.
• Strong collaboration skills to work with colleagues, students, and families.
• Ability to manage caseloads efficiently and with empathy.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop tailored intervention strategies.
