Job summary

Connections Behavior Planning & Intervention is seeking a School-Based BCBA to develop tailored behavior support within partner school districts. You will supervise RBTs and school staff, conduct assessments, and set measurable educational goals while coordinating across buildings to meet contract expectations.

The role requires managing caseloads, traveling between sites, and ensuring accurate data collection and reporting for district stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Board Certification in Applied Behavior Analysis (BCBA).
• Experience supervising RBTs and school staff preferred.
• Data-driven decision-making and goal setting in educational plans.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a minimum service requirement of 120 hours per month across multiple school sites.
• Travel between assigned buildings and districts during the workday as needed.
• Provide supervision to interventionists and BTs with written and verbal feedback.
• Conduct standardized assessments and develop behavior intervention plans.
• Draft functional behavioral assessments for implementation by school staff.
• Attend IEP and wraparound meetings to provide behavioral data and recommendations.
