Job summary

Soliant is seeking a Behavior Intervention Specialist to join our multidisciplinary team near Princeton, TX. This full-time role offers 37.5 hours per week and a starting pay of $30+ per hour, commensurate with experience and education.

You will design and monitor BIPs, perform FBAs, and collaborate in ARD, IEP, RtI, and 504 processes to advocate for student needs, while providing direct classroom support and data-driven program evaluation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree highly preferred.
• Texas teaching certification with Special Education endorsements.
• Professional experience in special education, social work, counseling, or equivalent disciplines.
• Preferred backgrounds: School Counselor, LPC, BCBA, psychology, or social work.
• Demonstrated ability to support students and educators with behavioral intervention strategies.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and monitor Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to guide evidence-based supports.
• Engage collaboratively in ARD, IEP, RtI, and 504 meetings to advocate for student needs.
• Provide direct support in classrooms and respond to crisis situations as needed.
• Assist with data collection, program evaluation, and ongoing team consultation.
