Job summary

Soliant is partnering with a school district near Templeton, California to bring on a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for the 2026–2027 school year. This full-time opportunity is a great fit for a behavior specialist who enjoys using assessment data to develop meaningful behavior supports and working closely with school teams to help students succeed.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Master's degree in a related field such as ABA, Special Education, Psychology.
• Experience conducting behavioral assessments and developing intervention plans.
• Strong understanding of evidence-based behavioral practices.
• Experience in a school setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and other behavioral assessments.
• Analyze data to identify patterns and triggers.
• Develop, implement, and monitor Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
• Make data-driven recommendations for interventions and supports.
• Collect and analyze progress data to measure effectiveness.
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, families and related service providers.
• Provide consultation and coaching on behavior management strategies.
• Support staff in implementing plans across school settings.
• Participate in IEP and multidisciplinary team meetings as appropriate.
• Promote positive, structured, and supportive learning environments.
