Job summary

Soliant is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support elementary and middle school students in California on a contract basis. You will lead behavior intervention planning, work with school teams, and effect positive student development during regular school hours.

Responsibilities include assessments, direct and consultative support, staff training, progress monitoring, and documentation. Immediate interviews available with a streamlined hiring process.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Experience in school settings and ABA data collection.
• Strong collaboration with educators, families and staff.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Provide direct and consultative behavioral support to classrooms.
• Train instructional staff and paraprofessionals in effective strategies.
• Monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed.
• Maintain accurate records and participate in multidisciplinary meetings.
