Iredell-Statesville Schools seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to support students, teachers, and parents by promoting positive self-esteem and resilience, and providing ABA-guided assessment and intervention in the school setting.

The role includes conducting behavioral assessments, developing intervention plans, training staff, writing reports, and participating in MTSS and Autism Team meetings, with travel between district buildings.

Competenze

• 3+ years experience with individuals with autism and/or related developmental disabilities and mental health disorders
• Mastery of ABA principles, theory, methods, and evidence-based practices
• Knowledge of differentiated instruction and clinical decision-making

• Teaching and Modelling ABA-based interventions for Staff
• General Program Clinical Guidance (creating proactive strategies)
• Report writing
• Providing direct intervention services to clients, as needed
