Job summary

Top Echelon Software, LLC is seeking a compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead ABA programs in North Carolina. You will supervise RBTs, conduct assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans to support clients with autism and developmental disabilities.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Master's degree in ABA or related field.
• Ability to meet NC licensure requirements for behavior analysts.
• Experience with autism spectrum disorders and developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior and skills-based assessments.
• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Analyze client data and adjust programming based on progress.
• Provide supervision and ongoing support to RBTs and staff.
• Train caregivers and support generalization of skills.
• Collaborate with families, educators, and other care team members.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.
• Participate in team meetings and offer clinical guidance.
