Job summary

Randolph Public Schools is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support students with ASD through data-based ABA interventions, collaboration with teachers, and active family engagement. This 182-day position offers salary and benefits per the Collective Bargaining Agreement.

You will model and coach ABA strategies, develop and monitor BIPs after FBA, and participate in IEP planning and district-wide procedures.

Qualifications

BCBA certification is required.
Experience delivering ABA interventions for students with ASD.
Ability to coach and collaborate with families and school staff.

Responsibilities

Model, coach and monitor progress of skills using behavior analysis.
Educate parents and staff about Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
Maintain ongoing direct communication with parents via in-person or virtual meetings, emails and phone calls.
Facilitate the development of and monitor IEP goals and district procedures; implement district wide policies.
Ensure that all treatment methodologies are evidence based and reflect current research findings.
Attend and/or facilitate staff meetings, training workshops, or Professional Development.
Organize and create appropriate learning materials for students.
Consult with students, classroom teachers, and teaching assistants on systems and supports.
Develop and monitor BIPs after conducting an FBA; support staff with BIPs.
Communicate, cooperate, and collaborate with staff, students, and parents.
Other related activities assigned by direct supervisors and administrators.
Oversee ABA interventions and instruction practices for students with ASD.
