Qualifications

• Master's or higher degree in special education or related field.
• BCBA and COBA certification are required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supports RTI and Positive Behavior Support teams in schools.
• Conducts Functional Behavior Assessments for students with behavior concerns.
• Contributes to written evaluation reports and suggestions for behavior plans.
• Communicates results to educational teams, parents, and community partners.
• Collaborates with district teams to develop and modify BCBA programming.
• Creates data collection systems to monitor baseline and program efficacy.
