Job summary

Ecoesc in East Central Ohio is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to serve districts primarily located in Tuscarawas County. The BCBA will work with the Behavior Support Team and school intervention teams to develop effective behavior intervention programs using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles.

You will analyze data, conduct functional assessments, and communicate with staff, parents, and administration.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavior analysis, special education, or related discipline.
• Valid BCBA certification/licensure
• Experience in K-12 settings with intervention planning and behavioral management
• Must meet health requirements and have clean record for public school employment

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with district staff to develop ABA-based behavior management programs.
• Plan and support implementation of programs, policies and PBIS practices.
• Provide ongoing professional development for staff on behavior management.
• Consult with principals, school psychologists, teachers to monitor strategies.
• Conduct functional behavior assessments to inform behavior support plans.
• Maintain documentation and submit timely reports.
