Job summary

LLA Therapy is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to conduct assessments and develop school-based behavior plans in Northeast Ohio. You will collaborate with intervention specialists, teachers, psychologists, and administrators to support students and families.

Requirements include a Master’s in behavior analysis, active BCBA certification, COBA Ohio, and a valid driver’s license. A positive, team-oriented approach and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are essential.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavior analysis or related field.
• Active BCBA certification in good standing with the board.
• Current COBA certification in Ohio.

Responsibilities

• Conduct, write, and implement functional behavior assessments in the school environment.
• Write and implement school safety plans for students.
• Support connecting ETRs and IEPs for social and emotional learning and behavior needs.
• Assist students across all school environments (lunchroom, recess, transport, classroom, hallways).
• Provide behavioral support and direct services to students and aides.
• Deliver ongoing professional development to school staff.
• Prepare materials to document and maintain positive behavior.
• Attend educational meetings for assigned students.
