The Educational Service Center of the Western Reserve seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead behavioral support services within Student Support Services/Special Education. You will plan, develop, and monitor programs to meet individual student needs, participate in IEPs, and train staff in evidence-based strategies.

Qualifications

• Requires Master's in Psychology, Education, Special Education or related field.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification is required.
• Ohio Department of Education Certification or Registration required.

Responsabilités

• Use data to develop and implement teaching programs with behavioral outcomes.
• Maintain thorough documentation and complete required reports.
• Provide staff development and modeling of treatment plan strategies.
• Consult with districts on behavior supports and plans; participate in IEP meetings.
• Oversee assessments, plan development, and data analysis to maximize student progress.
• Conduct staff trainings and collaborate with other BCBAs and leadership.
