Qualifications

• BCBA or BCaBA credential with COBA credential required or active enrollment in BCBA coursework.
• Ohio teaching license or actively enrolled in BCBA coursework as alternative.
• Bachelor's degree in Special Education, Psychology, ABA, Education, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and assist in FBAs and analyze behavioral data to identify patterns and functions.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
• Provide direct behavioral support for students with intensive needs.
• Collaborate with IEP teams to align goals and services.
• Coach staff on behavior strategies, data collection, and de-escalation.
• Support crisis response and ensure compliance with district procedures.
