Job summary

Protouch Staffing is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead behavioral programs at our Stamford, CT location. You will assess, design, and oversee ABA plans for children with autism, analyzing data to adjust interventions and improve outcomes.

You will supervise RBTs and staff, train caregivers, and ensure accurate documentation while maintaining ethical and regulated care standards across teams. Bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification per BACB requirements.
• Master's degree or higher in ABA, psychology, education, or related field.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and clinic languages.
• Experience providing ABA services to children with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Ability to supervise and support RBTs and other ABA team members.
• Full-time in-person work at the Stamford, CT clinic.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Design, implement, and monitor ABA programs tailored to client needs.
• Analyze data and adjust interventions to support progress.
• Supervise, train, and provide clinical guidance to RBTs and staff.
• Provide caregiver training and collaborate with families across settings.
• Maintain clinical documentation and prepare progress reports.
• Ensure ethical, high-quality, individualized care in collaboration with leadership.
• Communicate effectively with bilingual families and caregivers.
• Ensure compliance with ethical standards and regulatory requirements.
