Job summary

Behavioral Emotional and Academic Mentoring LLC is seeking a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCABA) to provide behavioral support at multiple school sites under the supervision of a BCBA. You will implement individualized behavior intervention plans and evidence-based ABA strategies for students with developmental needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, education, or related field.
• Current BCABA certification through BACB, or eligibility for certification.
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behavioral challenges.

Responsibilities

• Provide behavioral support at various school sites under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement BIPs and ABA strategies as approved by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect, record, and maintain accurate behavioral and educational data.
