Job summary

EdAdvance seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for BEAM Elementary School in Danbury. The BCBA will work under the supervision of the building principal to support students with social-emotional-behavioral challenges, collaborating with staff and administrators.

Responsibilities include designing and implementing behavior support plans, training staff, collecting data, and participating in behavior teams.

Qualifications

• Must hold BCBA credentials and be licensed in CT.
• Experience in public school settings preferred.
• Ability to design and monitor behavior support plans.
• Strong data collection and analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and train staff on behavior observation systems and intervention plans.
• Collect, summarize and present progress data.
• Supervise RBTs and BCBA candidates.
• Provide coaching on behavior interventions to staff.
• Attend Planning and Placement Team meetings as needed.
