Job summary

Behavioral Emotional and Academic Mentoring LLC seeks a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCABA) to provide behavioral support at multiple school sites under BCBA supervision. The BCABA will help implement individualized behavior intervention plans and evidence-based ABA strategies for students with developmental disabilities and related needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, education, or related field.
• Current BCABA certification or eligibility.
• Experience with individuals with developmental disabilities and behavioral challenges.
• Strong data collection and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide behavioral support at school sites under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and ABA strategies.
• Collect and maintain behavioral and educational data.
• Monitor student progress and report to the supervising BCBA.
• Support skill acquisition programs to increase communication and independence.
• Apply behavior reduction strategies using evidence-based ABA.
• Collaborate with school staff, district personnel, and BEAM teams.
• Model and coach staff on ABA strategies under supervision.
• Participate in team meetings and student conferences.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional conduct.
• Travel between school sites as assigned.
