Job summary
Woodland Park School District RE-2 is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Paraeducator to support students with Autism and related disabilities under supervision of a BCBA/BCaBA. You will implement behavior analytic services, collect data, assist with staff training, and model behavioral supports in classrooms while maintaining student confidentiality.
A high school diploma is required, you must obtain an RBT credential within 6 months, and pass a district background check and
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Must possess or be eligible to possess RBT Credential within 6 months.
- Criminal background check and District fingerprinting required.
- Experience working with children ages 0-16 in classroom or 1:1 setting.
- Preferred experience in ABA.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct behavioral intervention in 1:1 and group settings and record data.
- Communicate progress with school staff and collaborate with the team.
- Assist with skill acquisition and behavior reduction assessments.
- Support staff training and implementation of Behavior Intervention Plans.
- Assist students in times of crisis and maintain data integrity.
- Attend trainings and maintain required certifications.
