Job summary

Healthy Kids Programs is hiring a School-Age Childcare Site Director for our Before and After School Program at Park Elementary School for the 2026–2027 school year. This part-time, non-exempt role follows the school calendar with morning and/or afternoon shifts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate degree in early childhood education or related human services field with required experience.
• Ability to pass a full background check including fingerprinting and reference checks.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Physically able to bend, stretch, lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with PA DHS/OCDEL school-age regulations.
• Maintain child and staff files, attendance records, and required documentation onsite.
• Keep the program organized and audit-ready.
• Lead engaging activities and supervise children and staff, including playground oversight.
• Maintain safe staff-to-child ratios and strong behavior management.
• Oversee daily attendance, registration, and scheduling; liaise with families and school staff.
