Job summary

Healthy Kids Programs is hiring a School-Age Childcare Site Director for our Before and After School Program at Pittsburgh Minadeo Elementary School for the 2026–2027 school year. This part-time, non-exempt role offers morning and/or afternoon shifts with employer-paid childcare and other benefits.

The Site Director leads regulatory compliance, program and staff development, and daily operations, including attendance and family communications via the Playground App.

Qualifications

• Must pass a full background check, including fingerprinting and reference checks
• Must be medically fit to perform job duties which includes a clear TB
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Physically able to bend, stretch, lift, and carry up to 50 lbs

Responsibilities

• Regulatory & Licensing Leadership: Ensure full compliance with PA DHS/OCDEL school-age regulations
• Program & Staff Leadership: Lead engaging activities, supervise children and staff, maintain safe ratios
• Operations & Communication: Oversee attendance, registration, scheduling; liaison with families and school
