Job summary

Healthy Kids Programs is hiring a School-Age Childcare Site Director for our Before and After School Program at Park Elementary School in Columbia, PA. The role follows the school calendar with morning and afternoon shifts and opportunities for both.

The position emphasizes leadership, program supervision, and strong collaboration with families and school personnel, with employer-paid childcare and a suite of benefits. Part-time, non-exempt status applies.

Qualifications

• Must pass a full background check including fingerprinting and reference checks.
• Must be medically fit to perform job duties including a clear TB.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Physically able to bend, stretch, lift, and carry up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead regulatory and licensing activities according to PA DHS/OCDEL school-age regulations.
• Maintain staff and student files, attendance records, and required documentation onsite.
• Lead engaging activities across STEAM, fitness, academics, arts, and homework support.
• Oversee daily attendance, registration, scheduling, and family communication.
