Healthy Kids Programs is hiring a School-Age Childcare Site Director for our Before and After School Program at Park Elementary School for the 2026–2027 school year.

Join a mission-driven team delivering STEAM, fitness, academics, and homework support to children ages 5–12 while ensuring regulatory compliance and safe operations. This part-time, non-exempt role offers employer-paid childcare and a supportive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Special Education, or the human services field plus 1 year of experience working with children under 13.
• Bachelor's Degree including 30 credit hours in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Special Education, or the human services field plus 2 years of experience working with children under 13.
• Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Special Education, or the human services field plus 3 years of experience working with children under 13.
• Associate's Degree including 30 credit hours in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Special Education, or the human services field plus 4 years of experience working with children under 13.

Responsibilities

• Regulatory & Licensing Leadership: Ensure full compliance with PA DHS/OCDEL school-age regulations.
• Program & Staff Leadership: Lead engaging activities, supervise children and staff, maintain ratios and behavior management.
• Operations & Communication: Oversee attendance, registration, scheduling, and liaison with families and school administration.
