Job summary

Healthy Kids Programs is hiring a School-Age Childcare Site Director for our Before and After School Program at Park Elementary School for the 2026–2027 school year. The role follows the school calendar with morning and/or afternoon sessions.

Responsibilities include regulatory leadership, program and staff supervision, and coordination with families and school administration using the Playground App. Strong leadership and teaching interest suit Education majors and future teachers.

Qualifications

• Must pass a full background check including fingerprinting and references.
• Medically fit to perform duties, including a clear TB test.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Physically able to bend, stoop, lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Regulatory and licensing leadership to ensure PA DHS/OCDEL compliance.
• Lead program and staff, supervise children, and maintain ratios.
• Oversee daily attendance, registration, scheduling, and family communication.
