Job summary

Healthy Kids Programs is hiring a School-Age Childcare Assistant Site Director for our before and after school program at Bethel and Penn-Bernville Elementary Schools for the 2026–2027 school year.

The role is part-time, non-exempt, with employer-paid childcare and a schedule following the school calendar (morning and afternoon programs). Candidates should have a related degree and experience with children ages 5–12.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field plus 1 year of experience with children under 13.
• Bachelor's degree including 30 credit hours in ECE plus 2 years of experience.
• Associate's degree in ECE plus 3 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure full compliance with PA DHS/OCDEL school-age regulations.
• Maintain child and staff files, attendance records, and required documentation.
• Lead engaging activities (STEAM, fitness, academics, arts, homework support).
• Supervise children and staff, including playground oversight.
• Oversee daily attendance, registration, and scheduling.
• Communicate with families, school administration, and main office.
