The YMCA of Memphis & the Mid-South in Olive Branch, MS is seeking a dedicated Before & After Care Site Director for a full-time position. You will plan daily lessons, supervise staff, ensure child safety, and ensure MSDH and YMCA policies are followed, while fostering growth in participants.

You will collaborate with school staff and families, maintain licensing compliance, coordinate schedules, and support site operations and events across the system as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in early childhood education, child development, elementary education, child care, psychology or related field.
• Two-year associate degree with 480 hours of practical training in child development.
• Two years paid experience in licensed child care; CDA or MDHS Director’s Credential.

Responsabilités

• Oversee operation of a before/after school site and seasonal camps.
• Maintain state and local licensing standards and conduct inspections.
• Implement daily curriculum and supervise staff and children per guidelines.
