Celebree Learning Centers is seeking a dedicated school-age classroom leader to plan and direct operations for a Celebree School. You will ensure a developmentally appropriate learning environment, supervise a teacher assistant, and uphold the Celebree mission and policies.

Responsibilities include managing classrooms under MSDE-OCC regulations, creating timely lesson plans, maintaining parent communications, and updating displays and parent boards.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a licensed classroom in a child care setting.
• Ability to create age-appropriate lesson plans.
• Strong communication with parents and staff.

Responsibilities

• Manage classroom to comply with MSDE-OCC regulations and company policies.
• Provide a welcoming classroom environment for children, parents and visitors.
• Maintain attractive displays and the Parent Board with updates.
• Create and implement lesson plans aligned with weekly themes and curriculum.
• Assist and supervise children; use Conscious Discipline and behavior management.
• Communicate with parents to share updates and concerns.
