Celebree School is seeking a dedicated Full Time classroom leader to plan and direct operations of the school-age program, ensuring Celebree's mission, vision and values are upheld and children receive a developmentally appropriate learning environment.

You will supervise teachers, develop weekly lesson plans, ensure compliance with MSDE-OCC regulations, and maintain open communication with parents and staff to support ongoing growth and safety.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a school-age classroom in a licensed setting.
• Ability to implement developmentally appropriate curriculum.
• Strong communication with parents and staff.
• Familiarity with MSDE-OCC regulations and standards.

Responsibilities

• Manages classroom ensuring compliance with MSDE-OCC regulations, company standards, policies and procedures.
• Provides a welcoming and friendly classroom environment for all children, parents and visitors.
• Maintains attractive and updated classroom/hallway displays and Parent Board with current information.
• Creates and implements thorough, timely lesson plans aligned with weekly themes and Celebree curriculum; delegates activities clearly to staff.
