Celebree School is seeking a classroom operations leader to plan and direct activities for school-age children, ensuring a safe, developmentally appropriate environment. You will support the assistant teacher and coach a supportive team to meet Celebree’s mission.

Responsibilities include creating engaging weekly lesson plans, maintaining classroom displays, and communicating with parents while upholding regulatory standards and center policies.

Qualifications

• AA degree or credit equivalent in a relevant field.
• Experience with school-age care and development.
• Ability to plan developmentally appropriate activities.

Responsibilities

• Direct operations of the assigned classroom for school age activities.
• Provide support and direction to the teacher assistant.
• Create and implement lesson plans aligned with weekly themes.
• Maintain classroom displays and parent communications.
• Ensure compliance with MSDE-OCC regulations and policies.
