Celebree is seeking a dedicated School-Age Program Lead to plan and direct classroom operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and support teachers. You will create engaging, developmentally appropriate activities and maintain clear communication with parents.

Qualifications

• Ideal candidate holds an AA or credit-equivalent degree in education or related field.
• Experience in managing classroom operations and staff guidance is preferred.
• Knowledge of state regulations and effective child development practices.

Responsibilities

• Plan and direct operations of the assigned classroom for school age activities.
• Ensure compliance with MSDE-OCC regulations and company standards.
• Provide a welcoming classroom environment and communicate with parents regularly.
• Develop and implement weekly lesson plans aligned with Celebree curriculum.
• Supervise staff, delegate tasks, and monitor classroom transitions.
• Maintain ongoing certification requirements and CE credits.
