Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree, or 2 years of experience in Student Financial Assistance or similar office.
• Senior Coordinator requires Bachelor's Degree and one year of experience; Associate’s Degree and one year or 3 years of experience.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and planning skills; proven customer service and data entry abilities.
• Attention to detail, accuracy and problem-solving skills are essential.
• Experience in a financial aid office is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate awarding and review the nearly $5,000,000 in departmental scholarships each year.
• Review endowment agreements to ensure compliance with donor intent.
• Act as liaison with over 80 university departments regarding scholarships.
• Audit funds and maintain donor fund records and reports.
• Set up new scholarship funds and run reports to determine eligibility.
