• Bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited institution; 2-5 years of full-time office experience.
• Ability to manage deadlines and pay attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 4 years of higher education experience.
• Banner experience.
• Scholarship Manager experience.
• Title IV regulations experience.

Responsibilities

• Manages institutional scholarship budget in excess of $40 million.
• Responsible for knowing eligibility requirements for athletic, institutional, and endowed scholarships; ensures compliance with all scholarship, Title IV, and NCAA rules.
• Award scholarships and maintain integrity of athletic scholarship programs; report to NCAA for compliance.
• Manage scholarships funded through University resources ensuring compliance and fiscal responsibility.
• Oversee scholarship selection within budget for multiple programs.
• Maintain scholarship offers, acceptance, and payments with error checks.
