Job summary

Park University is seeking a Scholarship Coordinator to ensure the effective administration of its scholarship programs. You will work with Admissions, Advancement, Academic Affairs, Athletics, Financial Aid, and other campus partners to promote consistent processes and uphold donor restrictions.

The role emphasizes accurate record-keeping, timely award processing, and providing exceptional service to students, families, and staff while supporting compliance and reporting requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience with financial aid, scholarships, admissions, or enrollment management preferred.
• Experience with student information systems or scholarship management software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day administration of institutional scholarship programs.
• Assist with application, review, awarding, renewal, and disbursement processes.
• Ensure awards processed accurately and timely per policies.
• Maintain accurate scholarship records in SIS and other software.
• Review eligibility based on established criteria and renewals.
• Provide administrative support for scholarship committees and donor stewardship.
• Support athletic scholarship awarding process with Athletics and Financial Aid.
• Compile routine reports on awards, utilization, and recipient data.
• Document and maintain scholarship policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Provide information and customer service to students, families, faculty, staff.
