Essential Duties
Coordinator role:
Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree, or 2 years of experience.
Senior Coordinator role:
Bachelor’s Degree and one year of experience; Associate’s Degreeand one year of experience or 3 years of experience. All experiencemust be in a Student Financial Assistance or like office and may begained concurrently while earning a degree.
Strong communication skills, excellent interpersonal,organizational, and planning skills, proven customer serviceskills, excellent data entry, effective presentation skills, andthe ability to work cooperatively with others.
Attention to detail, accuracy and problem-solving skills areessential.
