Qualifications

  • High School diploma with 3 years of relevant experience or an Associate's Degree with 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills desired.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the College of HEST scholarship process, including application, review, selection, award, and distribution activities.
  • Coordinate with academic units and scholarship committees to ensure timely reviews and selections.
  • Update scholarship criteria and assist with improving college processes related to scholarships and foundation accounts.
  • Track and monitor academic and student forms (schedules, grades, course overloads, Incompletes, sanctions, etc.).
  • Support the Associate Dean for Academic Affairs with scheduling, calendar support, and document preparation.

Education

High School diploma + 3 years experience
Associate's Degree + 1 year experience
Bachelor's Degree
