Qualifications

• High School diploma plus 3 years of relevant experience, or an Associate's Degree plus 1 year.
• Preferred: Bachelor\'s Degree.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the College of HEST scholarship process, including application, review, selection, award, and distribution activities.
• Coordinate with academic units and scholarship committees to ensure scholarship reviews and selections are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
• Coordinate updates or corrections to scholarship criteria and assist with improving college processes related to scholarships and foundation accounts.
• Track, submit, and monitor academic and student forms, including change of schedule, change of grade, course overloads, Incompletes, academic sanctions, course substitutions, degree-related documentation, and other academic requests.
• Support the Associate Dean for Academic Affairs through scheduling, meeting coordination, calendar support, document preparation, and tracking of academic requests and initiatives.
• Communicate information regarding academic processes, deadlines, procedures, and requirements to appropriate faculty, staff, and students.
• Assist with developing and improving procedures that increase the efficiency and consistency of academic processes across the college.
• Coordinate meetings, workshops, special events, and other programs associated with the Academic Affairs team and the College of HEST.
• Support college student organizations, committees, and student engagement activities.
• Provide coordination and support for initiatives of the Dean\'s leadership team and other college priorities as needed.
• Maintain program records and assist with tracking activities, preparing reports, and assessing student support initiatives.
• Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Education

High School diploma + 3 years experience or Associate's Degree + 1 year
