Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Schematic Coordinator to ensure Non-Perishable schematic integrity in the assigned store. The role involves weekly resets, speed-to-shelf activities, and adherence to all schematic guidelines to support merchandising accuracy and a positive customer experience.

You will be the primary schematics contact for the store, liaising with Store Manager, Scan Coordinators and Department Managers to ensure changes are executed correctly and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent and 1–3 months related experience or training.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills to analyze reset programs and maintain reports.
• Excellent mathematical skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Outgoing, friendly demeanor with the ability to interact with customers, employees, and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, coordinate and execute store resets and projects for Non-Perishable departments.
• Ensure categories are set according to schematics for the store.
• Collaborate with Scan Coordinators, Dept Managers and Asst. Store Manager to maintain schematic compliance.
• Complete weekly Reset/STS activity as directed by the Support Office.
• Obtain sign-off from Store Manager or Dept Managers when work is complete and accurate.
• Provide timely feedback to Support Office Schematic Department for issues or discrepancies.
