Formación

• Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or healthcare administration.
• 5+ years in business systems analysis or related roles.
• 2+ years configuring a scheduling platform (QGenda, Amion, Lightning Bolt).
• Knowledge of scheduling configuration principles.
• Experience in healthcare or academic medical center environments.
• Ability to document requirements and test changes.
• Strong communication with diverse stakeholders.
• Maintain confidentiality of scheduling data.
