Job summary

UCHealth University of Colorado Health is seeking a PRN Scheduling Data Analyst to support data-driven staffing across the health system. This onsite role will gather data, forecast needs, and serve as a scheduling system administrator to optimize coverage.

You will manage dashboards, update timekeeping and scheduling systems, and train users to ensure accurate staffing in a fast-paced environment. This position offers onsite work with a competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Manages and updates predictive models for staffing and coverage.
• Maintains dashboards and reports on staffing utilization and trends.

Responsibilities

• Completes ongoing analysis of scheduling and coverage needs for facility, region and system.
• Manages and updates predictive model, volume and acuity adjustments.
• Manages content of dashboards and reporting of staffing and scheduling utilization and trends.
• Updates and maintains timekeeping, staffing and scheduling systems including training of end users.
