Job summary

UC Irvine is seeking a Clinical Admin Coordinator to manage provider schedules across Epic and QGenda, oversee templates, and ensure accurate reflection of clinical and non-clinical activities.

The role requires independent judgment, strong communication, confidentiality, and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced health system. Experience with scheduling and office software is essential, with a Bachelor's degree and at least three years of experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related area or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of healthcare scheduling or administrative experience.
• Proven ability to manage complex scheduling across multiple platforms.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality per HIPAA guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Manage provider schedules across Epic and QGenda.
• Oversee templates and ensure accurate reflection of clinical and non-clinical activities.
• Track scheduling data, CME, and time-off management with minimal supervision.
• Proactively identify and resolve scheduling conflicts.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and maintain high-quality customer service.
