Responsibilities

• Maintain and support scheduling system functionality within a healthcare environment.
• Analyze scheduling workflows and recommend operational improvements and automation opportunities.
• Support schedule builds, staffing templates, rotations, self-scheduling, shift rules, and staffing configurations.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics.
• Participate in system implementations, enhancements, integrations, and go-live activities.
